How to slash the time it takes to complete GDPR-compliant Data Protection Impact Assessments

The webinar discusses ways to optimise the process of completing a Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) efficiently and effectively. One approach is to send out questionnaires and provide templates to minimise the amount of work a Data Protection Officer (DPO) needs to do, while still getting the most value out of the DPIA process. The webinar emphasizes the importance of a concluding report and reflecting identified risks within the general risks register. Proposed record processing activity is introduced, and it can be created automatically by going through records of processing activity. Effective communication with participants and stakeholders is crucial to performing effective DPIAs, and partnering with an organisation with retention taxonomies from over 150 different countries can offer a massive advantage.
